The accused, Raju and Rahul Thakur allegedly attacked him when he refused to share the gutkha with them. The victim has sustained at least 20 percent burns on the lower part of his body and is currently undergoing treatment at a district hospital in the city. The UIDAI's helpline number is being randomly saved by default in many Android phones, and users have no idea how and why. The issue seems to be specific to Android phones and isn't limited to one or two telecom operators or even one or two brands of phones.
